A) TERMS & CONDITIONS for EXCHANGE / BUYBACK of DIAMOND STUDDED JEWELLERY VALID FOR 10 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE)

EXCHANGE POLICY :

Exchange by customer within 7 days of initial purchase will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value of the product which is equal or more than initially purchased product price on original invoice.

Exchange by customer after 7 days will be subject to following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value after deducting 5%+ Labour @399/gm + Commission / Brokerage(if any) of product price.

2)The value of the new product should be equal or more than initially purchased product on original invoice value.

3)In case Diamond falls within six month of purchase due to manufacturing fault, Diamond would be replaced free of cost. No complaint for manufacturing fault would be entertained after completion of 6 months of purchase.

4)In case Diamond falls but not due to manufacturing fault, the cost of Diamond replacement would be intimated to the customer and once customer pays, diamond would be replaced.

BUYBACK POLICY :

1)Customer can avail buyback policy at a value after deducting 9%+ Labour @399/gm + Commission / Brokerage(if any) of product price.

B)TERMS & CONDITIONS for EXCHANGE / BUYBACK of GOLD CHAINS & GOLD COINS (VALID FOR 10 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE)

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchange by customer within 7 days of initial purchase will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value of the product which is equal or more then initially purchased product price on original invoice.

Exchange by customer after 7 days will be subject to following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value of 18KT prevailing on that day after deducting Commission / Brokerage (if any) of product price.

2)The product to be exchanged will be evaluated for its Karatage before its EXCHANGE.

3)The value of the new product should be equal or more than initially purchased product on original invoice value.

BUYBACK POLICY:

1)Customer can avail buyback policy at a value of 14KT prevailing on that day after deducting Commission / Brokerage (if any) of product price.

2)The product to be bought back will be evaluated for its Karatage before its BUYBACK.

C)TERMS & CONDITIONS for EXCHANGE / BUYBACK of DIAMOND STUDDED GOLD BRACELET (T) (VALID FOR 10 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

1)As per Point “A” above

D)TERMS & CONDITIONS for EXCHANGE of DIAMOND STUDDED STEEL BRACELET (T) (VALID FOR 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchange by customer within 7 days of initial purchase will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value of the product which is equal or more than initially purchased product price on original invoice.

Exchange by customer after 7 days will be subject to following terms and conditions:

1)Customer can exchange product purchased once, with any other product of the company at a value OF 50% of purchased product price on original invoice.

GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS):

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are applicable only if the product under buyback or exchange is accompanied by original invoice.

* Approval of Buyback / Exchange will be confirmed after 7 days for getting approval from QC department.

* If initially purchased product is damaged then value at which the product will be taken back will be intimated after assessment of the product upon receipt of consent in writing.

* All bracelets (T) comes with one year machine warranty.

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are applicable only at the point of purchase.

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy will be applicable if the product is not bought under special scheme & No other scheme will be clubbed at that time.

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are not applicable for sales on Orders.

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are not applicable after 10 years from the Date of Purchase for gold & diamond studded jewellery, Diamond studded gold bracelet (T) and gold coins and after 5 years for Steel Bracelet (T).

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are not applicable to any other products apart from those mentioned above.

* The Exchange or the Buyback policy are not applicable if product is tampered with and/or altered in any manner.

* Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
